I found a quiet and relaxing atmosphere at this hotel. The all-inclusive access was generous and included many options. I made great use of the gym and tennis courts. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The Wi-Fi signal was not strong enough for reliable use in my room.

The reception staff extended my stay, even with the hotel at full capacity. I stayed on the third floor away from the pool area. This provided a quiet environment. I found the outdoor dinners very enjoyable (the grilled fish was really good!).

The gym equipment showed its age, with a need for updates to provide a better workout experience. I think that new machines would improve the gym.

The staff showed great attentiveness. They promptly addressed requests and provided assistance at all times. Daily activities ensured there was always something engaging to participate in. I found them thoroughly well-organized. I think that everyone will appreciate the friendly and professional attitude.

My room featured a balcony that overlooked the resort. This offered a relaxing space. The air conditioning worked effectively. It kept the room at a comfortable temperature. I also noted the cleanliness and upkeep were diligently maintained.

The heated pool provided comfortable swimming conditions, even during cooler periods. The beach area had an adults-only section, which I found offered a calmer environment. The shisha lounge area was a nice touch (it provided a unique social space).
